This instant-win sweepstakes promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to persons who are (a) legal residents of the continental United States, (b) eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and (c) registered members of the JGR Gibbs Group App (the "App"), available via http://jgr.team, holding a free account in good standing at the time of entry. Creating an App account is free of charge. Employees of Sponsor (defined below) and its affiliates, employees of BOB'S Discount Furniture and its affiliates, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
The Promotion is conducted by Joe Gibbs Racing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 13415 Reese Boulevard West, Huntersville, North Carolina 28078 ("Sponsor"). All Prizes are supplied by Sponsor. The Promotion is hosted at the BOB'S Discount Furniture store located at 8603 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250 (the "Host Location"). BOB'S Discount Furniture is the Host Location only and is not a sponsor, administrator, or operator of the Promotion.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Promotion, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. A copy of these Official Rules, or the names of the Grand Prize and First Prize winners, may be obtained by sending a written request to Sponsor's address listed in Paragraph 2 above. Each Grand Prize and First Prize winner's name will be posted on Sponsor's website for at least 30 days after such winner is confirmed. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of entrant's name, likeness, biographical information, endorsement, state of residence, and other personal information provided by entrant to Sponsor for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Participation in the Promotion constitutes each entrant's express written consent to Sponsor contacting entrant (including for marketing purposes) in any medium via any contact information provided by entrant including, without limitation, e-mail, telephone, text message, and in-App notification. By participation in the Promotion, entrant consents to the sharing of entrant's personal information by and between Sponsor, its sponsors and their respective affiliates.
The Promotion entry period begins at 2:30 p.m. ET and ends at 4:15 p.m. ET (local Indianapolis time) on Saturday, July 25, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period: (a) be physically present at the Host Location; and (b) use the check-in functionality within the App to complete a valid check-in at the Host Location. The App's database clock and location verification will be the official timekeeper and location record for the Promotion. Check-ins attempted before or after the Promotion Period, or from any location other than the Host Location, will be disqualified. Limit one (1) entry (check-in) per person for the Promotion. Use of any automated, robotic, or scripted means of entry, or any attempt to spoof, falsify, or manipulate location data, is prohibited and will result in disqualification. No purchase is necessary at the Host Location, and creating an App account is free. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Upon completing a valid check-in, each entrant will immediately be presented with an in-App randomizer that will reveal, at random, the Prize such entrant has won. Every eligible entrant who completes a valid check-in during the Promotion Period will win one (1) of the following Prizes (each, a "Prize"):
Grand Prize (4 winners): One (1) wristband guaranteeing the winner the opportunity, on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at the Host Location, to meet NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin, take one (1) photograph with Mr. Hamlin, and have one (1) item autographed by Mr. Hamlin. Mr. Hamlin is scheduled to appear at the Host Location from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET that same day (the "Appearance Window"). Grand Prize winners must be present at the Host Location during the Appearance Window to redeem the Grand Prize; the Grand Prize has no value and may not be redeemed outside the Appearance Window. Wristbands are non-transferable and have no cash value. Estimated retail value ("ERV"): $250 each. Mr. Hamlin's appearance is subject to his professional and personal schedule and to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, and the appearance may be delayed, shortened, or canceled for any reason. If the appearance is canceled or a Grand Prize winner is otherwise unable to redeem the Grand Prize due to such cancellation, the Grand Prize cannot be redeemed as described; however, Sponsor will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver one (1) item autographed by Mr. Hamlin to each affected Grand Prize winner by mail, and such delivery shall constitute full satisfaction of the Grand Prize. No other substitution, compensation, or cash equivalent will be provided.
First Prize (5 winners): One (1) $500 BOB'S Discount Furniture gift card, valid for use at any BOB'S Discount Furniture location nationwide. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. ERV: $500 each.
Participation Prize (all other eligible entrants): One thousand one hundred (1,100) JGR Gibbs Group in-App loyalty points, credited to the winner's App account. Points are subject to the JGR Gibbs Group loyalty program terms and have no cash value. ERV: $11.
No one person may win more than one (1) Prize, and no more than one (1) Grand Prize or First Prize may be won per family or household ("family" meaning spouse, parents, siblings, and children, and "household" meaning all persons residing at the same address, whether or not related). If the randomizer awards a Grand Prize or First Prize to a member of a family or household in which another member has already won a Grand Prize or First Prize in the Promotion, such subsequent award will be void and such entrant will instead receive the Participation Prize, and the voided Prize will be returned to the available Prize pool. Except where prohibited by law, Grand Prize and First Prize winners may be required to execute and deliver an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to receive a Prize (collectively, the "Requirements"). Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded; no Prize substitutions are allowed except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize values exclude taxes, shipping and fees and represent Sponsor's good faith determination of the actual fair market value and, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event that a stated value is more than the actual fair market value, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Winning a Prize is a taxable event and all federal, state, and local taxes and expenses related to the receipt of a Prize are the responsibilities of the winner. Sponsor will submit to the Internal Revenue Service all necessary or advisable documentation.
Prizes will be awarded by the in-App randomizer at the moment of each valid check-in, on a random basis, until all four (4) Grand Prizes and all five (5) First Prizes have been awarded; all other eligible entrants will be awarded the Participation Prize, subject in each case to the one-Prize-per-person and one-Grand-Prize-or-First-Prize-per-family/household limits set forth in Paragraph 5. The odds of winning a Grand Prize or First Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Any Grand Prizes or First Prizes not awarded during the Promotion Period will not be awarded. Winners will be notified instantly in-App upon check-in, and Sponsor may additionally attempt to notify winners by any means available. Grand Prize wristbands must be claimed in person at the Host Location on the day of the event as directed by Sponsor's on-site representatives. At Sponsor's sole discretion, First Prize gift cards will either be delivered to winners at the Host Location on the day of the event or mailed by U.S.P.S. within six (6) weeks after the Promotion Period. Participation Prize points will be credited to winners' App accounts within approximately two (2) weeks after the Promotion Period. If a potential Grand Prize or First Prize winner fails to satisfy the Requirements within the time period required by Sponsor, such winner may be deemed to have waived all rights to the Prize and the Prize will not be awarded. The Prizes are awarded "As-Is". Sponsor does not make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, in connection with this Promotion or the Prizes, and disclaims all implied warranties, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, App malfunction, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend or terminate the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the remaining Prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Promotion and the Host Location event may be canceled, postponed, or modified due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper entry into the Promotion. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, BOB'S Discount Furniture and its affiliates (as Host Location), all Prize suppliers, and their related companies, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion, attendance at the Host Location event, or receipt or use of a Prize including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, mobile devices, the App, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury, death or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion, entrant's travel to or attendance at the Host Location, or receipt or use of the Prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any Prize must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate State court located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than North Carolina.
